New this year: Relaxed size restrictions for framed photographic prints, up to 72” high/wide. To allow for greater flexibility in print size, photographs must be delivered framed, ready to hang, with hardware attached. D-rings or eye-screws must be installed on both sides of the picture frame (no wire is needed). D-ring or eye-screw opening should be at least 1/2”. (No saw-tooth hangers.)

• As in past years, the museum can provide framing for display purposes, if desired. Photographs must be mounted / matted on a rigid 16″ x 20″ mounting board, such as foam core or mat board.

• Exhibition design is at the discretion of museum staff.

Notice of jury decisions will be sent the week of December 1, 2015. No jury decisions will be given over the phone.
