On Saturday, April 18, from 10 am to 4 pm, photographers of all experience levels are encouraged to come an photograph Hagerstown. There will be five photo categories, with winners in each. Ten black and white winning images will be installed on the Lee St. portion of the Culture Trail, replacing the current Face of Hagerstown.
