Digital Directions, Maryland Federation of Art

Digital Directions:

Computer software has forever expanded ways for artists to capture and produce their work. Our previously titled Focal Point exhibition took us on a 10 year journey from photography-only entries to a celebration of MFA’s current Digital Directions exhibition and further examination of the artistic use of all digital media. Eligible entries may be either 2-D or 3-D image-based work that is created and/or produced through the use of software (whether purchased or artist created) and includes, but is not limited to, digitally produced photography, digital painting, illustration, graphic design, digital video and non-film projection. Please visit the exhibition website for any additional information. Works selected will be exhibited at MFA’s Circle Gallery in Annapolis, Maryland from February 3 to March 6, 2021. Exhibition Chair: Emil Petruncio.
